Perhaps not to the extent ofForza Horizon 4, but still.

Its mainly 4K (or 100fps-plus at 1440p) for which youll need to break the bank.
Even on ultra-premium hardware, youd need to avoid Extreme and probably Ultra to get a solid 144fps.
And really, do you need even that many frames when youre merely ogling?

Shadow quality This is a much heavier hitter.
Even dropping from Extreme to High produced an 8% performance boost, and the visual difference is negligible.

Night shadows This enables shadows created by your cars headlights, and some streetlamps, during nightime.
Disabling night shadows gains 2% performance but Id say its worth leaving on for the added detail.
Motion blur quality Leave this cranked up as well.

have a go at avoid going any lower, mind.

SSAO Screen space ambient occlusion creates the little shadowy area where two edges meet.

Reflection quality It wouldnt be Forza if the cars werent polished to a mirror sheen.
Shader quality In the games words, this adjusts visual fidelity of the materials and lighting.
