Head up the stairs and into the Guardhouse. At the top of the staircase, turn left. The first door on your left contains a chest which you may as well open since you’re here. The second door on your left houses aTorn Letteritem on the table....

Bring these back to the Vernworth Vocation Guild and you’ll unlock two new advancedvocations. kick off the chest to get the Greatsword. Keep going until you reach the room that has the multiple holes in it on the map....

It’s not exactly a quest that you’re able to get particularly stuck on. The guard, Norman, then asks if you’ve seen the man. If you’re really unsure, thenwe recommend you lie. Be sure to keep talking to him until you receive all three quests.

Either run past it or sneakily circumvent it, and continue along your way until you cross yoursecond bridge. You should now be around where the missing freight was in the “Monster Culling” quest. Just barge in there and loot what’s not nailed down, and you’ll find aCourtly TunicandCourtly Breeches. Head into Vernworth Castle and enterVernworth Hallon the right. Push against this inset section of wall and you’ll enter a secret room. Once you enter the Bordelrie, you’ll meet withWilhelmina, who runs the place. We won’t spoil anything here, but it’s juicy stuff....
