Keep in mind that the trade-off for casting these impressive spells is averylong incantation time. This spell is an excellent way to wreck a boss' health meter with strong and steady DPS. Attach a Prescient Flare to a griffin, then attack that orb from afar with High Thundermine. Watch the griffin get weaker and weaker! It just might bethemost damage-inducing skill in all ofDragon’s Dogma 2. The DPS is perhaps not as intense as Augural Flare, but it looks great....
This is an excellent, powerful attack with one caveat - it can feel unpredictable. The Thief moves so quickly and so far that beginners are likely to miss their targets unless they practice. Helm Splitter Helm Splitteris another big move in the same manner as Biting Wind. The Thief jumps up in a flurry of flips with this skill, slamming down both daggers upon impact. These are fine and flavourful, but I’ve found that I prefer basic dagger tactics above all else....

Unlike the Warrior’s wide-sweeping attacks, this ability has no range whatsoever....
